LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS:

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from Eurotrader1/Coach and Son.  Absolutely no sales to minors.  By placing and order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner, they have checked with their local, state and federal authorities that the products ordered are legal to possess and sell, and that he/she is of legal age.  Eurotrader1/Coach and Son will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from Eurotrader1/Coach and Son or any of their distributors and dealers.  Also, whereas no personal defense product is 100% effective against attack.  Eurotrader1/Coach and Son assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury or death.

WARRANTY:

Most products carry a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.  There are no warranties expressed or implied other than the warranties supplied by the manufacturer's information on warranty claims.
